KhaleejJobNet (khaleejjobnet.com) is a free jobs website for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Questions: [email protected].
1. Data you give us
- Worker profiles and job posts: name, trade, country/city, experience, expected salary, licences, languages, phone/WhatsApp, optional note. They are shown publicly only if you tick the consent box and only after our team approves them, so employers can contact you.
- Messages to us by email or the removal form: we use them only to answer you.
2. Data collected automatically
- Hosting and security logs: the site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver the site and block attacks.
- Cloudflare analytics: we use Cloudflare's privacy-first web analytics to count visits and popular pages. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not build personal profiles.
- Local storage: your browser stores your chosen language (Arabic, English or Urdu) so the site remembers it. This stays on your device.
3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
We may show ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. These vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

4. Links to job partners
Many jobs come from partner job sites (for example Careerjet and WhatJobs) and employers' own websites. When you click Apply you leave KhaleejJobNet and the partner's own privacy policy and terms apply. Some links include a partner code so the partner knows the visit came from us; we may earn a small fee per click. We do not send your personal details to partners.
5. How we use and share data
- To show approved profiles and jobs, prevent spam and fraud, answer messages and improve the site.
- We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that run the site (Cloudflare) or when the law requires.
6. Retention and your rights
Jobs are removed after about 10 days or when hiring closes. Profiles stay while you want them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time; we act within 7 days. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and similar Gulf rules.
